《MY BOYFRIEND IS BETTER》是一档新形式的音乐综艺，男朋友们赌上自尊心进行唱歌对决，女朋友们展开激烈的头脑战争。 节目中预计有5对情侣登场，用各自的“couple money”对决，男朋友们在各个任务中展示自己的歌唱实力，凭评审团的投票决定每轮的淘汰者。 表演开始前，女朋友判断是把奖金投资给看起来能赢的其他选手，还是投资给自己的男朋友，每轮对决结束后返还投资给胜利者的“couple money”，最终优胜情侣可以得到余下的“couple money”当作奖金。。Tom, a married man with kids, is struggling at work when a client tries to seduce him with promises of a 'more exciting life'. On his way home one night he gets attacked by a gang of hoodies and falls into a parallel world where he lives 5 other lives including a Rock-Star, a Homeless person and the 'hoody' that attacked him. These lives help him to re-evaluate his priorities and values but in order to get home he must face some of his deepest desires and fears. Will he make it home or is the grass greener on the other side?。表面上看来，桃子（冰上恭子 配音）、百合（野上尤加奈 配音）、雏菊（宫村优子 配音）和红花（今井由香 配音）是四个活泼可爱个性开朗的女孩，可是在背地里，她们还有这另一重身份——为了拯救天使界而战斗的“爱天使”。随着时间的推移，曾经激烈的战斗已经成为了过往，过上了平静生活的四人逐渐失去了作为“爱天使”的记忆。 一次旅途中，前往海边度假的四人意外的遭到了妖怪的袭击，之后现身的阿布罗狄女神（病藤真子 配音）恢复了四人的记忆。一枚神秘戒指的出现令来自魔界的普雷（矢尾一树 配音）再度蠢蠢欲动，而这枚戒指不再别处，正巧就在桃子的手中。。
