But the world is finally recognizing that Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy was not the only genius in his family, and the comprehensive biopic directed by Sheila Hayman, a descendant of this talented family, i...。平凡女孩杉崎桃子（莲佛美沙子 饰）从小就被妈妈富美子（浅野温子 饰）轻视，所以落下了无法自然微笑的毛病。进入社会后她先供职一家幼儿园，谁知一年后被园方炒了鱿鱼，之后她来到专门上门照顾患儿的医疗机构Little Snow应聘。在当今社会，双职工父母或者单亲家庭父母无法抽出精力照顾患病在家的儿童，因此这样的托管机构应运而生。虽然经营者之一柳主税（藤木直人 饰）极不看好这个笑都不会笑的女子，但是他的合作者朝比奈元春（成宫宽贵 饰）却执意将桃子招入公司。经过一段时间培训，桃子终于独立上门。她所面对的不仅是有着各种身心问题的儿童，还有看似无暇他顾的大人。小桃该如何闯过一系列的难关呢？ 本片根据同名漫画改编。。
