And the portrait in hollow of a media machine a...。身為「全素者」的廚師潘祖兒(Pamela)，聯同兩位注重飲食健康的「女神」伍倩彤(Gillian)、葉靖儀 (Michelle)，合力經營「全素私房菜」，鑽研多元化全素食譜，例如炮製全素乾炒牛河、焗豬扒飯等「茶餐廳美食」；以一款主要食材炮製兩道精美菜式，如以腐竹煮出黑松露炒蛋及腐皮卷；甚至以素菜挑戰鵝肝克力架配梅子醬等Fine Dining高檔菜式！務求介紹各款素菜的烹調技巧，帶出素食的種種好處。。女主角阿麥是個保險推銷員，華人。和多數曼谷女人一樣，她在女多男少的社會裡不幸淪為嫁不出去的剩女。今年的情人節前，她在推銷保險的過程中遇到了3個完全不同的男生：青春的宅男大學生底迪，帥氣的素食主義型男，以及老土卻深情的老實中年。情人節就要到了，誰才是她下定決心要去追求的Mr.Right?。
