After reconnecting as adults, they discover they...。该剧是通过写“离别”，呈现出既是离别又可以理解为是爱的夹杂着酸甜苦辣的离别故事。。18岁浪人（重考生）由瑠芽从乡下出来寻梦，准备去东京的补习学校进行重读。入住了远离东京城区的“希望宅邸”，这个名为“宅邸”的地方其实只是个虚有其名的破烂公寓。而住在里面的民民全部都是被习生，但大学入学者为零。由瑠芽与川野纱江、田中久实、以及从小就有张大叔脸的松吉这四人，不知道是幸运还是不幸地意气投合，一起过起了“遗忘人生辛劳”的悠闲人生。而努力学习……多半是没有做过的。究竟这四人能不能考进大学呢？本作描写了他们在那样的公寓里悠哉生活的有趣故事。。
