影片讲述了民国时期永福村发现重大命案，警局体制陈旧不作为，推诿到侦探社，社长跑路，留下一心想破大案的女侦探周怡(周梦饰)，陷入了迷茫。偶得高人指点，周怡来到县城监狱见到了风流倜傥的神探姚杰斯(彭敬慈饰)，协助她一起破案。当永福村命案初露端倪，却有人接连丧命。村子祠堂里诡秘的图腾，不配合调查的刁蛮村民，作案不会留下指纹的犯罪嫌疑人……错综复杂的迷案，周怡和姚杰斯屡次身陷绝境。。The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe. Tom is sweet and cool and after one night, she moves in with him| leaving behind her alcoholic mother and younger sister, Karen. For a while life is great and drugs are just part of the deal and most of the fun. But then things start getting complicated...。
