小镇青年李重光（施展饰）因与发神父亲老李头（老四饰）理发观念不同，决意离乡闯荡学艺理发，在备受大城市的种种欺压和诱惑后，李重光领悟了理发的真谛，并最终决心回到家乡和父亲一起坚守传统理发手艺。。An artist (Lon Chaney Jr) is blinded by a jealous assistant/model. His fiance's father generously offers his eyes for a sight restoring operation. there's only one hitch. Chaney has to wait until after the man dies. Not surprisingly, when the benefactor dies a very premature death, suspicion falls on the artist.。
